The build-up toward the 2026 Star World Championship had 16 teams compete in the 2026 Star North American Championship on October 27-30 in Tampa, FL. The 8-race series saw both strong northerly 20+ knot winds on the opening days to the lighter, tactically demanding breeze of the final two days. Jack Jennings and Phil Trinter (USA) won five of the first six races to take the title prior to the final race. The Class now competes for the World title on November 9-14 in Miami, FL. – Results
