Panama römorkör filosunu büyütüyor

Panama Kanalı siparişini verdiği 14 yeni römorkörden ikisini teslim aldı. Cerro Itamut ve Cerro Picacho adı verilen röomorkörler filonun tamamlanmasıyla birlikte 12 ay içinde İspanya’da bekledikleri limandan ayrılarak Panama’ya gidecek.

2011 yılının Eylül ayında yapılan anlaşmaya göre Astilleros Armon Tersanesi ihaleyi kazanmıştı. Fakat romorkörler Güney Amerika, Avrupa ve Asya’da olmak üzere çeşitli yerlerde yapılmakta.
Panama Kanalı 2001 yılından bu yana oluşturduğu filoyu bu teslimatların ardından 44’e ulaştırarak dünya standartlarında hizmet vermeye başlayacak.
 

Romorkörlerin ayrıca yapımı sürmekte olan havuzun özelliklerine uygun olarak yapıldığıda bilinmekte.
