The 2026 Pantaenius Yacht Racing Image Award attracted 152 submissions from yacht racing photographers representing 30 nations, with an international jury narrowing the field to 80 photographs to vie for the Public Award. To vote, click here.

Launched in 2010, the 17th edition recognizes images captured between October 13, 2025 and October 12, 2026.  The prize-giving ceremony will take place during the Yacht Racing Forum on November 20, 2026.

The next stage is for the jury to advance their top 20 photographs to be exhibited throughout the 2026 Metstrade Show on November 17-19 in Amsterdam. The jury will then select the overall winner of the Yacht Racing Image Award.

The pictures submitted must reflect the spirit of yacht racing, and may have been taken at any time – before, during, and after regattas. For contest rules, click here.

Two prizes will be awarded:
• The main prize, the Pantaenius Yacht Racing Image Award, selected by the International Jury.
• The Public Award, based on the number of public votes cast on the Internet.

The winner of the Pantaenius Yacht Racing Image award receives €1500 prize money, with second place receiving €750 prize money and third getting €250 prize money. The winner of the Public Award will receive €500 prize money.
