Rather than simply booking a cabin on a liveaboard, divers can now join carefully curated group trips known as Pods. At the centre of every Epic Pod is a named organiser whose expertise, profession or life experience shapes the week, creating an experience that combines world-class diving with meaningful learning and shared interests.

A personal development and relationship coach will lead divers through one of the world’s most celebrated diving destinations. Alongside spectacular underwater encounters, guests will take part in daily sessions focused on self-awareness, stronger group connections and developing presence both underwater and throughout the journey.

The first cohort is limited to just 20 organisers, with three positions already filled and 17 places remaining.

Importantly, applicants do not need to be dive professionals.
