Poseidon Diving Systems aims to simplify that process with the launch of its new online Regulator Configurator, an interactive platform that allows divers to build, preview and purchase a fully customized regulator system before it ever reaches the water. 

Described by Poseidon as the world’s first online regulator configurator, the platform enables users to create a regulator package tailored to their preferred diving style while viewing the setup in an interactive 360-degree model. 

Designed Around the Way Divers Actually Dive

Rather than starting with individual components, the configurator begins by asking divers how they dive.

Users can select from several common configurations, including:

• Standard recreational
• Streamlined setup
• Long hose configuration
• Double cylinder configuration
• Side-mount
• Stage bottle configuration

From there, divers choose the regulator model and supporting components before rotating the completed system in an interactive 360-degree viewer to inspect hose routing and overall layout. 

Bringing More Confidence to Equipment Selection

Buying a regulator is one of the biggest equipment investments many divers make, yet it can sometimes be difficult to picture how individual components will work together.

Poseidon’s new tool helps bridge that gap by allowing divers to visualise a complete system before committing to a purchase.
