One hundred thirty-seven competitors came for the 2020 DN World Championship held February 10-13 on Orsa Lake in Sweden. Fickle winds allowed for racing on the first two days but left the fleet in idle for the final two days, awarding the title to Lukasz Zakrzewski (POL) by nine points over Karol Jablonski (POL). This was Zakrzewski first world title in the class, with the last first-time winner being Sweden’s Thomas Karlsson in 2004. This is the ninth year in a row that a Polish competitor has won the title.
