The 2021 North Sails Snipe North American Championship has attracted 41 teams for racing on September 10-12 in Beverly MA.
Among the field are Olympians, Rolex Yachtsman of the Year winners, and collegiate All Americans along with Ernesto Rodriguez and Kathleen Tocke who won the 2021 Snipe European Championship in Split, Croatia.
An emerging youth movement in the Snipe class has over 30% of the fleet under the age of 30. “The crop of recent college graduates sailing Snipes is impressive and a great sight to see,” notes event co-chair Shan McAdoo.
