The false killer whale is a cetacean, and the third-largest member of the oceanic dolphin family. It lives in temperate and tropical waters throughout the world.The average size of a male killer false whale is around 17 ft long and weigh around 4,800 pounds when fully matured. Females are usually shorter by 2 – 3 ft and weigh around 2,600 pounds.They have dark grey to black skin and the neck and throat area are a greyish color.
