The Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) revealed the recipients of their 2025 Hall of Fame Afterguard Division Awards which recognize service to college sailing.
• Campbell Family Award for Lifetime Service
Michael “Sego” Segerblom, University of Southern California
• Outstanding Service by a Volunteer Award
Elisabeth “Lisa” Ann Corder, Midwest Collegiate Sailing Association
• Graham Hall Award for Outstanding Service by a College Sailing Professional
Edward Platt “Ned” Goss, College of Charleston
Campbell Family Award for Lifetime Service: Michael “Sego” Segerblom
This award recognizes a career of extraordinary service to college sailing, whether as volunteer or professional; one honoree per year; nominees must have passed their 60th birthday.

“Throughout his tenure, Mike has served as a tremendous steward of the team and has worked diligently to ensure sailing has been and will continue to be an opportunity for the students at University of Southern California. On top of that, at a university like University of Southern California, with students coming from all over the globe, Sego has always fostered a family atmosphere on the team and always makes himself available to help his athletes, a sentiment that continues well beyond graduation.”
Outstanding Service by a Volunteer Award: Elisabeth “Lisa” Ann Corder
This award recognizes those who have volunteered their time, talent, or resources to advance the interests of College Sailing at the club/team, Conference, or national level; one or two honorees per year; nominees must have passed their 45th birthday.

“Her tireless work behind the scenes, from organizing race logistics to obtaining extra certifications, has been invaluable to our race official team and many others in the MCSA. Beyond her technical expertise, Lisa has also been a second mother to many of our sailors, offering guidance, support, and a caring presence to all who have had the privilege of working with her.”
Graham Hall Award Award for Outstanding Service by a College Sailing Professional: Edward Platt “Ned” Goss
Recognizing organizers, administrators, advisors, or coaches who have served the best interests of college sailing at the club/team, Conference, or national level; one or two honorees per year; nominees must have passed their 45th birthday.

“He pioneered the College of Charleston Offshore team in 2013, …Under Ned’s leadership, the team’s success has been remarkable… In 2014, Ned’s vision further materialized with the creation of the Southern Collegiate Offshore Regatta (SCOR). What began with just four teams has since grown into a premier event, with 27 teams and a 5- team waitlist as of 2025. This event now serves as an essential showcase for college offshore sailing and reflects Ned’s passion for the broader community”
