Toronto Waterfront Festival Presents Land Ho Toronto – The Tall Ships Return

Tour the ships – The schooner, the better!

Meet the fleet of tall ships that will be sailing into Toronto to celebrate the start of summer. Get your deck tour tickets today to get onboard each ship, meet their crews and learn about their nautical history. You can even take one out for a sail. Empire Sandy will be the only ship available for sail-aways during the festival. Don’t miss the chance to sail on Canada’s Largest Tall Ship!

You can also see the ships sail into the harbour on Friday, June 27th around 11:30AM for the Parade of Sail. The ships will be sailing into the Eastern Gap and should be seen from anywhere along Toronto’s waterfront and on the Toronto islands. Please note there is nothing happening on the festival site on Friday, June 27th. The festival opens Saturday June 28th at 10AM.

There will be no shortage of nautical entertainment at this year’s festival all happening on the George Brown Stage.

See Tap Dancing Sailors, Fire Dancers, the HMCS York Navy Band, Envirodrum band made from recycled materials, roaming stilt walkers, jugglers, and the incredible Captain Finn & The Salty Sea Dogs sea shanty singers.
