The 2019 Laser Midwinters East Regatta attracted 145 competitors for racing on February 21-24 in Clearwater, FL. Jose Arturo Diaz (PUR) topped the 16-boat Laser 4.7 fleet, the 88-boat Laser Radial division was won by Conner Nelson (USA), and Chris Barnard (USA) beat out the 40-boat Laser event.
